Ok today was the fit test that I did on day One. The purpose of the fit test is to do 8 different exercises all for one minute each and as many as you can for that minute. Here are the results from day one compared with the results from today:

Wish I could have improved better on all the the exercises , but maybe within the next two weeks I'll really see a difference.
I am starting to see a difference in the way my clothes fit. My lower stomach is tighter. My arms have some shape to them, and my bum is higher( well thats what my hubby says).
I know this program is working not only because my husband says I look better(he has to say that) but because even my neighbors are noticing.
I still have a long ways to go, but to finally see some results from all this hard work, makes it all worth it! DIG DEEPER
