Today was a hard. My foot is really starting to act up again. I had to stop running do to achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. Thats why I started this whole Insanity thing, do to the fact that I cant run for quite a while.
Today I had to keep stopping and adjusting my shoes, and rubbing my foot. I just felt like I wasent benefiting from todays workout. But I persevered and finished with a good sweat. Now my foot is aching and my heel feels really bruised. I just hope it feels better by tomorrow.
On the other hand I have no cravings for anything sweet or salty. I did indulge my cravings on Sat. and Sunday, just a bit. But today I feel so much better. And I have been drinking the recovery drink after my workouts. It seem to be working, have not been sore for about a week now. On the down side it has 200 calories per serving, so i have to cut out calories else where in my diet.
Over all today was a success with a finished workout and clean diet.
