WOW! Has it been 30 days already?! Im still going strong and chugging through this program. Insanity has yet to become easy for me, I dont think it was made to be, you just keep pushing harder and faster and learn to workout like you never have before.
Yesterday I started the 2nd month workout. I was suppose to do the 1 week recovery before starting the second month, but skipped it due to time restrictions.
Month 2 is crazy! I thought the first month was a challange. This takes it to a whole new level.
I woke up this morning not able to lift my arms or walk down the steps. I am sore just like the first day of insanity.
This mornings plyo was not as bad breathing wise. It was more Balance and strength. But still really difficult.
Im wondering if doing the one week recovery video was supose to get my body ready for month 2? All I know is that Im not sure how Im going to get through this next 29 days torture?!!
