day 8-

After having a off day yesterday I sure felt it in todays workout. Starting to repeat the dvds now. There are 4 dvds that are used for the first month. Then one DVD that gets used for the recovery week. Then the other 4 DVDS for the 2nd month.
Today was hard because I didnt get to workout this morning due to me actually having plans! Wow.
I had to workout at 3pm after being on my feet all day and really tired. I dont feel like I was in the zone like on Saturday. But I did it  and glad I did. I even have been eating by the "book". Believe it or not it is actually getting easier to resist all the "bad" foods.
Now just waiting on seeing some results.................still waiting.................
