day 26

OK, So im sitting at the dinning room table with my husband and he says he can tell a difference in my arms. Im like sure,ok.
Then he says" I can see muscle definition. " So I run and get the camera. I have to see it to believe it.

You have to understand, I have always had big arms! ALWAYS. My arms never fit in the cute little puff sleeved shirts, or cute fitted shirts. No matter how much weight I have lost or how fit I have gotten, my arms have been my nemesis. Well Tonight I see the light.....I have hope that one day and one day soon I WILL be able to wear that poofy sleeved shirt of my dreams!!!!
