day 12

Just finished my Cardio power and resistance workout. Doesnt that sound intense? lol
Cant even start to tell yall how great I feel right now. Workouts are still amazingly hard, but so rewarding. 40 minutes of pushing your self to the limit and not being able to breath. The burning and  shaking that happens when you are in that contorted yoga pose. The stinging the sweat causes as it enters your eyes as you're doing moving pushups. GOTTA LUV IT!
If I can stay focused through this experience then I Know I can reach my goals. What exactly is my goal, Glad you asked.
My goal is to follow this program 100%. To be honest with my self and push myself to the limit.
Follow the nutrition to the best of my abilities. Workout  to every DVD with a Can do additide.
And to stay positive and  enjoy this experience.
And I hope to inspire others to try something that they think they cant do, It really is mind over matter!
