OUCH! My foot is not getting better. Bought some cushion pads today. It helped for a little while, but started to give way half way through the workout. All the jumping and side lunging is taking its toll on my foot. I think its time to go back to the doc for insoles.
Didnt get to workout till 2 pm today. That always makes my workout harder. By the end of the day I am tired and filled with food. But did it and glad I can say I have not missed a day yet on my workout journey!!! wooo hooo!!
I feel like someones ALWAYS watching me!! Last night we had a function to go to and there was lots of yummy food and I wanted to eat all of it, but was good ,just fruit for me, thankyou.
But when I came back with my plate, sure enough one of my friends was like" I thought you where going to cave in and eat that food, you where doing so good on your diet!" Then she saw my plate and was happy for me.
Today took the girls to eat lunch with Samson and we got taco bell, I got the chicken rancho soft taco only 170 calories. As we where sitting there another friend of mine saw me and said" what are you eating?" There are eyes every where! lol You never Know who is watching.
I have to stick to this. There is no turning back now. To many people wanting to know how this is going to end. Day 20 tomorrow!!! wish me luck
