Well eleven workouts left! cant believe it. Today was hard. Ate way too much yummy food at our Easter celebration. Woke up with a full stomach feeling.
Made myself workout this morning, eventhough It was the last thing I wanted to do.
Not sure why, but this month has been a struggle for me.
Its a mental thing. Just knowing that every workout is almost an hour long and is by no means easy. Pushing start has been the hardest part. Within 10 minutes doing the workout, im feeling great. Motivated and focused. But then the last 10 minutes are almost impossible for me to muster thru. Well enough complaining.
Tomorrow is Plyo- I really dislike plyo. Hope there is a difference in my 2 month before and after pics. Getting nervous!
On another note, My husband is starting his 2nd week of insanity and ALREADY is seeing a difference. REALLY?!!!! He is going to reach his goal by the end of the month. Way to go Samson! So proud of you.
