FINISHED!

Ok so here it is! It was longer than 60 days, but I can say I finished it.
Am a little disappointed in myself for not giving it my all 100% of the time.
The nutrition was really hard for me to follow. Not because I didnt know what to eat, but because I let me cravings and lack of discipline take over. And as you can see from the pics I am now paying for my weaknesses.
I went to my docs office to weigh my self this morning( dont laugh) I wanted to make sure the weight was right.
When I started I weighed 133 and as of this morning (Fully clothed, and after breakfast) I weighed 130. So I lost about 3 pounds. I lost 2 inches in my waist,
1 inch in my arms! thats way exciting for me!!
and 1 inch in my hips
I have gone down almost 2 whole pants sizes. I started off in a snug 6 and now in a comfy 4. But it really depends on the brand of clothing.

So all in all I am happy. I am thinking of giving it another round to see if I can get rid of this last tummy roll.
I still need to work on the back of my arms and upper thighs. These are areas that are the hardest I KNOW, but if I can make it through this then anything is possible.I knew it would not be easy and that I would mess up. I was hoping for better results , but I HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT MYSELF.
I hope to have inspired at least one person to make a healthy change or to at least consider working out. This is what these whole journey was about anyway.

  1. Have I mentioned that I LOVE having you around?! Your energy is SO contagious and your excitement! And you know you've inspired at least two people because Brian and I have started Insanity. You're so much fun! You look PHENOMENAL, but there and again, I thought you looked that way the first time I met you. No lie. First Sunday, thought, "Wow! She's so beautiful!" And it turns out, inside and out! Very glad to have met you and been inspired by you! Amazing results!

  2. You totally rubbed off on me from the start! I started jogging and ran my first 5k on April 24th without stopping. I lost 10 pounds since I started jogging in January and I plan to keep going.
