well today felt like a monday! it was hard and I struggled to get through it, but did it. Today was cardio. Not as long, but way hard. NO breaks and nonstop moving.
Today Samson started his insanity! Cant wait to see his results. It warms my heart to know that I inspired him and others to start this amazingly Hard program. It works. Im living proof. I hope to have amazing resluts in these next few weeks. Keep your fingers crossed.
My Back fat is almost gone! my arms are tighter. My thighs feel smoother, not much smaller, but smoother. My stomach, just does not want to participate in the transformation.

im not dead or quit
Ok so I had a few set backs and spring break and moving classes and appts.
But Im back and doing good. I started month two over again. I had been doing it, but only when I could. like two or three times a week. And the eating was off. I never realized how easy it is to stay on track if I stay home. But if Im out of my home during meal time, its almost impossible to stay on track.
I am now on the end of my first week of month two. So As of tomorrow I will have 3 full weeks left of INSANITY.
I can honestly say that this had been a hard program mentally.Dont get me wrong it is still hecka hard. But once I get in the zone I am amazed at how strong I am becoming.
I hear that by the end of the second week of month two the weight starts to really fall off. So by this time next week I should be reporting on those rumors.
I did something stupid yesterday, i got on the scale!!
Yep you guessed it, the dang dial had not moved since last weigh in. 130 STILL!!!
YEAH,YEAH, I know muscle weighs more than fat... blah blah blah.
I want to see that dial go DOWN! Yes my clothes are fitting better, Some are to big
but still its a mental thing and I hate it.
Well just updating everyone, incase anyone is still reading this.
